Dear Autism By the Sea Community Supporters,

Autism By the Sea’s first annual Love - All, Serve It Up for Autism fundraiser will take place on October 9th, 2016 at the Newport Beach Tennis Club. Designed as a tennis round-robin and family festival our goal is to raise funding to help provide grants for autism therapies to families unable to finance the treatments needed to help their children. In order to meet this goal, we are asking for sponsorships from local businesses and individuals such as yourself.

We respectfully request your donation to help with our fundraising efforts. Your company/organization will receive recognition on our website and in promotional materials and banners for our fundraiser. To learn more about the various sponsorship levels and benefits provided, please review the sponsorship form attached to this letter. Tennis Festival and Silent Auction to raise funds for Newport Beach/Costa Mesa families affected by autism.

Join us at Newport Beach Tennis Club on Sunday, October 9th, from 1pm - 5pm for a Round Robin, food, silent auction and networking for a great cause! Round Robin will be organized according to skill level. After registration closes September 30th, we will email all players requesting skill level and team or individual player status. Individual players will be paired into teams. Round Robin ages 12 and up. From 1-3pm our pros will provide a children's drill court and and adult drill court for all Round Robin participants. Not playing in the Round Robin? Drill courts are open for anyone not participating in the Round Robin for a $10 donation at the door! Just let us know when you are registering!
